Ridalin - Diet and Nutrition

Hello,

Just recently i have been prescribed to ridalin as i have suffered from adhd ever scince i was a child,

a side affect from the substance is lack of apitite.. whitch i am suffering quite alot.
after the first week i noticed i was eating alot less and needed to work on diet to sustain matabolism and stay generaly healthy.

If anyone would know any tips on diet and nutrition or on ridilin and adhd please resond.
