Hello Hello!
I am around! Sorry for not being in touch or writing. Been really busy, lots happened in the past 3 weeks.
Almost gave up the tedX talk cuz I was doubting ability and self a lot.
Here's a quick wrap up of the past month.
1) I DEADLIFTED 75KGS woot woot. 165lbs that is! even friend/PT was impressed with it.
2) I did the TEDX talk yesterday. It was live online, I will share a video in a couple of days, WAIT FOR IT!
3) I finally after a lot of crying and thinking about future, decided what to do. I wanted to start a fitnes program for children (and include parents), but there was a huge time conflict, planning...etc. I had t pause this for a while. So I am going to be start new job next week. (no more money worries, just work/time planning need to be done and arranged.)
That's pretty much it. I have lost/gained weight not sure what's going on with body, lol. very moody. last week training was all over the place. Got back in order as of today.
yippeee.

The main thing is you never gave up on yourself. You had to do the talk, to prove something to yourself. In the past you tried to do things to better yourself and couldn't stick at it albeit the education which you didn't give up on, but you proved a lot to yourself by doing this and it was something you were able to do.
You're a beautiful, strong, talented young Lady and you shoud be so proud of yourself, because I'm proud of you for how much you turned your life around and grown as a person
.
GOOD LUCK with the job. What are you doing again?
P.S. don't let that other scenario you were thinking of, slip away. There could still be another opportunity to start it and make it work and if there is, don't be one of those people who says in years from now, I had numerous chances to start that fitness programme, but I've let the chance slip.
Your time for that may still come again, so don't take that moment of realisation as admitting defeat, take it as a sign that it wasn't the time, but your time can still come okay

Oh no bossman! I AM NOT Giving up idea AT ALL for the program. I know someone who wants to make it happen with me, we both (an org. actually) had time conflicts, hence we both couldn't do it, plus the owner understood I have a Fulltime job waiting for me to sign (journalism btw), and somehow, I am hoping that I will be able to carry the fitness program (2 months long only - for now). while I am working and that employer understand this is can be beneficial for both of us, and not just myself
so no. It's not out of the window. In fact I HOPE it can happen either in Nov-Jan or Jan-March next year.
IT WILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL happen. it's just a matter of right timing at the moment. is all.
