The difference between resistance and weight training?
What is the difference between resistance and weight training? I keep hearing that they are related to strength training and such. When I go on the internet and look up this stuff, it just confuses me.
resistance traing is any training done against or with resistance of some description...i.e. bodyweight, cables, machines, barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, sandbags etc...weight training is basically the same but you need an instrument such as most of those listed above...really there isn't a difference though
