Avoid those like the plague. Healthy weight loss is not advisable via liquid designer diets. Most of them are probably B.S. where they don't tell you about potential loss of muscle, possibly problems with not getting sufficient Amino Acids, and other stuff.

Losing weight that quickly has to cause sides, even if they're not very significant, those side effects must happen, whatever they are.

remember the famous saying.

"You didn't gain the weight over night, you can't lose it over night"

If you lose it right you have better chance of keeping it off.

fats can be handy short term for a "clean out" but don't use it for actual fat loss...you'll lose weight while on it but not actual fat loss but it cleans out blockages and "certain areas" which allows for better absorbtion of nutrients so ,ong term it will help you but i wouldn't do it for longer than a week if that...i actually did a fruit fast about 18 months ago and had a very unexpected accident in the kitchen so it does clean you out...funny stuff though
