Go to Youtube - they have some good videos on proper form for dead lifts....also if I remember correctly I received lots of advice early on here from Swanso.....but be careful, don't push it....remember I got so excited at 150 lbs that I allowed core to relax and hurt myself

OMG it felt so good to be out on the road again, wind blowing against me. Didn't try to push too hard, just getting used to the feel of the bike again and using clip in bike shoes. Clip on, clip off.![]()
