Re: Thrush in mouth!
I wouldn't go sugar free. Perhaps consider the yeast thing.
Making 2 simultaneous changes will not identify the solution if one change is a solution.
To get the answer you must try one thing first, then if that seems to work after a week or two, good, if not, then put it back in your diet and try the other thing.

Re: Thrush in mouth!
I can help you with this. I learned how to cure thrush when I had to take longterm antibiotics for several years. First you do need to cut back on the amount of bread products, fermented products like anything made with vinegar, alcoholic beverages and sugar you eat because yeast problems are systemic. Also drinking Kefir will help get your system back in balance as kefir contains good bacteria the body needs.
Okay for the thursh on tongue problem a immediate solution you need to get some probiotics supplement that comes in a gelatin capsule form. I used Kyo Dolphius, but the brand doesn't matter so much as long as it has several strains of different good bacterias in it. Next dry your tongue off where the thrush is, open a probiotic capsule and sprinkle the powder over the thrush. Then keep it on your tongue for as many minutes as you can tolerate, keeping tongue stuck out of mouth as much as you can to prevent the tongue from getting wet. The probiotic will instantly kill the thrush on contact. When you can't keep your tongue stuck out any longer then go ahead swallow the probiotic on your tongue and wash down with some water. This works! Using a plastic tongue scraper when you brush teeth and after you have eaten will dramatically cut down on the amount of yeast that starts growing in mouth. And you do need to change your diet to prevent the yeast from coming back.

Thansk Tsalagi! I finally got rid of the stuff i had all over mouth, i have been cutting the sugar for like almost 2 weeks now i think and the bread four about 1 week, i just that i find this very hard since i still have a lots of sugar craving... I have been told to eat only this for the next 2 weeks: no carot, just like salad, brocolie, cauliflower, aspergus, garlic, oignon, green apple, blueberry, chicken and fish....(no bread, pasta, baking goods, cereal, salad dressing, banana, mushroom, dairy product, no sugar at all)Tsalagi wrote:I can help you with this. They also said that you shold do this for 3 - 5 month to really get rid of that yeast in your body....I DON<T THINK I CAN LAST THAT LONG!!!! ITS TOO HARD I WOULD REALLY LIKE A NICE PIECE OF DARK CHOCOLAT AND MELTED IM MOUTH...HUUUUU....

Not it's not unhealty per se, it just limits your nutrition and you won't get any Beta-glucan very easily with Grains, which is a substance that can lower Cholesterol.
There is a type of Mushroom called Lentinen mushrooms that has it, but other than that it would be a supplement.
However there are things like plant Sterols that can help, as can Omega fats and cutting Saturates too, so it's not going to impact largely on Cholesterol levels, regards raising LDL, or it shouldn't do.
You just might find that the reduced fibre has some impact on your ability to pass solids, but you can boost that with things like Legumes, Figs and Vegetables, or buy supplements like Senna or Psyllium, as Psyllium contain insoluable fibre that softens and helps to pass solids.

I have decide to go see a naturopath... maybe she will be able to help me.. somepeople said that maybe because i have some mold in house i got rid of a lots already but that could affect immune systems and cause all kind of stuff that i have (sinus problem, eczema, and the problem with the intesting)
I have been eating almost 2 eggs every morning since last Thursday... do you think that its bad?
Supposely i can't eat mushroom of any kind since its like a fungus and the yeast trive on that.... and for now no legumes so i don't get much fiber...i was thinking about taking some Psyllium because really i have not been able to go to the bathroom for almost 2 weeks... and i think its really bad because maybe its a cause that i can't get rid of this its probably in intesting and stay there.. but i know you got to drink a lots of water with this other wise i can cause a blockage... i am little nervous of that... is the Senna can do stuff like that too???
I am getting a bit depress with this... not too sure where to start... actually i am very depress i want this out of system...grrrrrrr
Re: Thrush in mouth!
Senna works as a laxative, whilst Psyllium contaisn Insoluable fibre which softens up the stools.
Two eggs a day isn't bad no.
As for the not going to the toilet for nearly two weeks, definitely have a fibre supplement. You can also get things like Metamucil, Fibresure and Benefibre which are ones that dissolve in water with no supposed aftertaste.
If you get Eczema then avoid things like Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame Seeds, as they could all be triggers.

Re: Thrush in mouth!
15 lbs in around 7 weeks, is not a big problem, it's a fairly steady loss ratio.
As for the Eczema, just be sure to stay away from Nuts, Peanuts and Sesame Seeds, as you'll find they can trigger it off.

Well on that strick clense i am on i was not allow to eat peanuts supposely they are bad for fungus and mold but i eat ALMOND! Sesame Seed wow...
YOU KNOW WHAT, i am very nervous that when i do start to eat like normal again i will gain all that weight back...

Re: Thrush in mouth!
Try to make smaller goals of say 5 lbs at a time, and it will be more manageable. And hey, congrats on your loss!
Re: Thrush in mouth!
The evidence for Sesame Seeds in relation to Eczema came out around 18 months - 2 years ago, which was simply that 3 well respected medics with around 500 patient histories, presented these links to the FDA and the FDA waffled on about Nuts and Peanuts being proven before then and this evidence was not sufficient to warrent health warnings, so they effectively waved good science away.
Morons.
I don't really care how big a country is; 500 people is too many to be coincidental or just a load of misdiagnoses, but hey they could have at least opted for promoting a caveat for Sesame Seeds, in relation to Eczema, if they weren't going to go down the route if plain old avoidance, but clearly that was too much for them so they didn't.
The Fools and Dopes Administration it seems.
