Hi guys! Been awhile. Since last update, I've dropped that last 12 stubborn lbs. And I'm down to a comfy 10.4% body fat. I feel great! I have some serious definition around abs and obliques now, great shoulders and legs. I'm still having some problems with inner arm (tricep). It's still definitely not as toned as everything else. I checked out a website link I found on here. And it recommended two supplements:
Calcium D-Glucarate
&
Vitex Agnus Castus (chasteberry)
Anyone heard of either? I was thinking of taking a Calcium supplement anyways. I'm right now taking a multivitamin and glutamine. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks again!
how tall are you??? i'm 5'6" and 165 which i think is ideal so 140 couldn't be unless your 5 inches shorter than me which would be dissapointing...i would say increase your muscle mass man
