I am amazed to realize after viewing this strength scale of performance standards http://exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/S ... dards.html that deadlifts and bench press are in the "Intermediate" aspect of training, meaning two years, while I have been exercising for only one year and 4 months. (seriously)
I weigh 52kgs & can deadlift 62.5kgs, & bench 40kgs. Not bad at all! Yey. & i'm only 5'2.
Felt like it's something to be excited about and keep me motivated!

It is something to be excited about. Good job! You have made great progress - keep going!

Re: Intermediate level in less than 2 years!
Thank you!
I hope I see more progress by the end of the year. I am really lagging with squats a lot. Still in the novice/beginner aspect.

Hey Skully, great job. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! I surprised myself even more by doing a one-arm chin up! arms weren't fully extended, slightly bent, but I was able to do it...it IS something.
I am tired of cutting myself short, I think our bodies are a lot stronger than we think.
