Body Fat Tested with Calipers Chest 5% Legs 5% 11%
Trying to lose Low Fat

Breakfast
Apple Cider Vinegar, Banana Granola Bar

Post Breakfast
Trail Mix consisting of Sunflower Seeds Pumpkin Seeds Raisins Cranberries Almonds and Pistachios

Lunch
Sandwiches(Only one bread piece) Pickle, Trisquits

Post Lunch
Trail Mix agian

Workout between
1000-2000 calorie burn

Post Workout
Drink a can of coke and a protein shake

Dinner
1/2 lb chicken, roasted(no oil), rice or green beans

Post Dinner
Baby Carrots

Before Bed
PB and J

So What Can I do To improve this diet
