Re: suggestion please.......
one of friends gave me advice....APPLE CIDER VINEGAR...get the brand bragg's at GNC....it will balance your pH level, along with clean out your system, and is an antioxidant so it will make your skin glow. take it 30 minutes before you eat...it runs about 4 dollars
As for weight loss...look up the paleolithic or paleo diet...it is legendary

Hi there Kelly
.
in respect of the other poster, who is a good man, from personal observations, Apple Cider Vinegar and Pear Cider Vinegar are a mxied bag frankly.
They purport somewhere in excess of 15 to 20 benefits. I researched the stuff a few years back and found them to be potentially overhype products that may be incapable of many things claimed.
I know of people who took it, hated the taste, questioned the point of taking it and stopped.
Also be aware that if you take it in conjunction with other lifestyle changes, you will not know what you are achieving off it, because other factors will come into play.
The best way to assess it, is take it for a week or two and make ZERO additional changes to lifestyle. Just keep living the way you are, but consuming one of them.
The one caveat with this is, that such products may purport things like immune system benefits and other effects that will not become immediately obvious, unlike possible energised feelings, skin radience, reduced lethargy etc etc, which are often noticable inside of a week, so you may find these long-term benefits happen, but in several months time and then after additional lifestyle changes, again making such claims on the products questionable, in light of other possible factors leading to such physical benefits.
I should say at this point, I'm not outright lambasting such products, as I'm not in step with all the currently available science and thinking on them, but you must be mindful of the potential waste of money or letdown they may represent.
If you still consider using one of them, then that's fine and I hope it works out for you
.
As for exercise, try getting your gym to give you a basic total body workout. Usual things, I exercise per muscle group, 2 sets, 8-10 repetitions per set.
Good luck and best wishes.

Re: suggestion please.......
I gave this to someone else a while back.
Option 1.
4 Egg Whites and a Yolk. A small bowl of Cereal, with some crushed Cashews on it. Alternatively have the Cashews seperately. The Cashews are fairly low carb and low GI, so they should reduce the overall impact of the Cereal, depending on the proportion of the intake they make up.
Option 2.
100g Chopped Chicken, A Piece of Wheat Toast and a small portion of Berries. The Berries should help ellicit the same behaviour as the Cashews in option 1. Give Fruit in all occasions about 10-15 minutes to digest first to help digestion.
Snack
Option 1
Portion of Low Fat Cheese and a Large Tomato.
Option 2.
Small Turkey Salad, with 100g Turkey
Lunch
Option 1.
Baked Beans on Toast. 1 Slice of wheat Toast. You could add some cracked black Pepper on there, or some Omega-3 or Polyunsaturated Spread on the Bread. With half an Apple. Same things as I said about Fruit with Breakfast.
Option 2.
1 can, Pea and Ham Soup. Could add some cracked black Pepper to it or Sea Salt. You could have a large Tomato seperately with it, or a small amount of finely chopped Parsely mixed in.
Snack 2.
