Hi, so im 20 years old, 5'9 and weigh 205. I've been working out for about 8 months. The first 4 months i worked out off and on but the last four i've really hit it hard in the gym.
In the start of those 4 months i weight in at 215. Im a pretty muscular guy, and just had a little extra fat i am trying to get rid of. I've hit the easy spots well but now i need some help hitting lower abs a glutes. goal is to get cut and be below 200 pounds!!
Heres routine:
Sunday: DB bicept curls
BB bicept curls
AB machine
DB tricept extensions
30 minutes of cardio
Monday:Row machine
lat pulls
Shoulder press
chest press
30 minutes of cardio
Tuesday:Bench press
Incline bench press
Decline bench press
Ab machine
30 min. cardio
Wednesday: 60 min. cardio
Thursday: I usually go for a bike ride on this days lasting atleast over 45 minutes, but its usually more.
Thur/Fri/Sat: days of rest
I do all reps 3x 8, cardio is all on an elyptical, and i eat pretty healthy.
I realize i should space out off days, but schedule just doesnt work out that way.
Do you have any suggestions for me so i can hit trouble spots and get to goal of below 200 lbs?
