Protien shakes & Drinks in general.

Post by (Rage) »

Okay, Am I the only who when she drinks protien shakes, or any sort of drink her stomache does funny voices? It's really a weird voice under left chest. I don't know what's that. I really don't know.

It bothers me.

ALSO, when i drink protien shakes stomache suddenly just POOOOOOOFFFFFFS OUT, and it doesnt look like a poof, it looks like I've gained FAT. It just bothers me. All day, I had an okay body, with me have eaten breakfast, lunch (the meal that usually makes me look that i gained fat), i didn't today...

and Just after I drank water and protien shake...I'm suddenly FAT W funny voices in stomache.

When such things happen, I REALLY GET depressed. Really...I feel I'm losing brain...ahhhhhhhhhhhh what am I suppose to do with this?
Is this even normal?!!!

Might be the type. Casein Protein drinks can sometimes cause mild bloat. Switch your type, if you have Casein, or if you're having Whey try something like Soy instead.

that's the thing, I'm trying soy.
Even b4, any kind of drink causes me that. Except Green Tea, if I recall right. Actually, nope im mistaken, after a "healthy" breakfast, I get the same voices.
=S! I don't know if it's something worth to be checked out at the hops or not, but it started for about one month and a half now.

Even b4 when I used to drink the slim-fast shake, it was like that. I tried whey protien long time ago, i dont recall if anything happened =S..

Try it again then, and if Whey causes the same problem, go to the hospital.

I tried Whey few times, but I don't recall if anything happened =S!

Just few days ago I read that Whey has more benefits than Soy.

However, I bought a big box, and It's still not half done, and I won't just throw it away, cause it's pretty damn expensive.

Well, no, here they sell 'em as in a box =S...and it's written, whey, soy..etc...

It's not just the shake itself, but its one of the things when i drink, the weid thing happen to me.

I mean it starts happening the moment i put into stomache. Whatever it is...

Today morning, I had a little all bran flakes, with no milk, cuz we had no milk, and green tea, and 1 egg, and few pieces of green olives, and the same thing happens...i dont know...

I think I do need to go check it up =S
