help! i REALLY need to lose 20 - 25 lbs in 2 weeks....it's very very urgent...i really need to!!
plz anyone help me...i'm so desperate for help
and how could i burn like 3000 calories per day...how
anybody? plz help me...i really really got to lose AT LEAST 20 lbs in this 2 weeks or i'll lose job!!! plz help me plz

CAUTION: AT ANYTIME YOU FEEL DIZZY OR NAUSEOUS, STOP EXERCISE.

the wt you lose here will not be sustainable...why will you lose your job?...you will nned to be extremely strict with food and exercise in this period...this is from archives but i have not tried nor had anyone try it so i don't no if it'll work or not so i suppose it's worth a try...do exactly as it says...as for exercise if you do wt training already continue with that by doing wts in evening and cardio in the mkorning before as soon as you wake up...if not doing wts just do cardio before breaky and after dinner with high intensity for as long as you can hold it...interval training is probably best where you alternate 1min easy and hard intervals x 20mins or so...if that's too easy then decrease rest periods

Scarsdale Diet
• Lose 20pds in 14 days…based on chemical reactions rather than food quantities…should be able to maintain normal energy levels…not recommended for cardiac patients…do for no more than 14 days…lean meat only…prepare all foods with no oil or mayo…use lemon and vinegar on salads…no substitutes, grog or snacks except for raw carrots and celery…drink black coffee and plain tea…sweetener and diet soda’s are allowed
breaky everyday – ½ grapefruit, one slice dry protein toast, coffee or tea
mon - Lunch: Lean cold cuts, tomato slices, coffee or tea.
Dinner: Broiled fish, salad, one slice toast, grapefruit, coffee or tea
tue- Lunch: Fruit salad (any kind and as much as you like).
Dinner: Plenty of steak, tomatoes, lettuce, celery, olives, brussels sprouts or cucumbers, coffee or tea
wed - Lunch: Tuna fish or salmon salad with lemon and vinegar, grapefruit, coffee or tea.
Dinner: Two lamb chops, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes, coffee or tea
thu - Lunch: Cold chicken, raw or cooked spinach, coffee or tea.
Dinner: Two eggs, cottage cheese, cooked cabbage, one piece protein toast, coffee or tea
fri - Lunch: Assorted cheese slices, raw or cooked spinach, one piece protein toast, coffee or tea.
Dinner: Broiled fish, salad (as many vegetables as desired), one piece protein toast, coffee or tea
sat - Lunch: Fruit salad, coffee or tea. Dinner: Cold chicken, tomatoes, grapefruit, coffee or tea
sun - Lunch: Hot or cold chicken, tomatoes, carrots, cooked cabbage or broccoli or cauliflower, grapefruit, coffee or tea.
Dinner: Plenty of steak, celery, cucumbers or brussels sprouts, tomatoes, coffee or tea…can substitute any lunch with ½ cp low fat pot cheese, 1tbsp low fat sour cream, sliced fruit, 6 walnuts or pecans and a diet drink
...if you want to repeat wait 3 weeks…in the meantime keep diet clean

go to link bekow and register and post daily updates (how you feel, your exercise log, food log etc) in the post your program section there as that's forum and i'm there mostly these days...take big notice of caution...the rapid in calories and increase in exercise may drain you so get plenty of quality sleep and drink as much water as you can
