Am I having enough of all the things like protein and sugar??

Not ot rag on you, but you posted something similar on this section, about 2-3 days ago, so it might have beed better ot add this to that.
In saying that, at leats your Fish insn't getting batter anymore.
Your lunch is lacking Protein. Vegetable Salad is good for Carbs, but not really for Protein.
Skimmed Milk with Cereal adds Protein, but possibly not enough. If needs be drink another half-1 glass as well as what goes on your Cereal.
Recess. No a Banana is not good enough. You will get about 28g from a large one, and around 18 from a smaller one, but there's no Protein again, so you might affect muscle development or retention.
You need more Protein. As it stands your daily Amino Acid intake could be inadequate
