I am 47-50 kr and 5'3" or 163cm diet consists of low fat, high carbs and a lot of seafood. I feel as if whenever I allow myself to eat a whole deal love handles go berserk. Maybe it's genetics and probably inability(clulessness and laziness) to start exercising.
I would appreciate it if I could get advice on how to maintain a love handle free stomach and how to get rid of love handles. body is pretty receptive to change. Enclosed is a picture (moved sideways because the frontal view is too embarassing.
