For kickboxing class I made an agility ladder out of duct tape and paint sticks. It did the job but looked like crap. So I thought about it some and made another one this past weekend. This one looks pretty good and looks like it may last a while. I got some large stiff plastic canvas and 10 yeads of webbing (strap) a pair of scissors and in about an hour I was done. instructions and a video at the bottom of the page are here

Pick 10 exersices, after warming up, do one exercise for 2 minutes as fast as you can, rest for 30 second, do the next exercise. Quick cardio, 30 minutes.
