Need Meal Ideas for Night and Lunch
I am a huge snacker...I am 6-3 194lbs. Body fat is at 8% and it is all below button. I know it's from 1am PB and J and the junk food I eat for lunch. I need some meal ideas that are quick and don't have dairy in them. And come on, dont say carrots, I dont want to starve!

One thing to make sure of is that you're getting enough to drink. Sometimes your body will confuse hunger for thirst. Snack wise, things I keep on me are a handful of raisins, an apple or two, a couple of handfuls of nuts (in bags, not just in pocket!). I made some wholemeal raisin cakes with protein powder in them the other week, tasted pretty good and quite satisfying. Basically try and get in some high fibre foods to help you feel full.
Protein shakes themselves leave you feeling quite satisfied and full and can put off the pangs for bad snacks. Other times, you just need to resist the bad stuff and make a sensible choice food wise. That's the hardest option though!

calipers measures 4% legs 5% chest and 11%lower ...I just don't like that lower fat

I can't keep nuts in the house, they are as tasty as potato chips...but YES having premade meals or a game plan is the way to go. I'm kind of shocked by the recipes on shapefit regarding example banana & raisin muffins...1 muffin...55 g of carbohydrates & 16 g of sugar ?.. gosh. I was looking for a baked apple recipe, ending up just eating the apple by itself.
