Haha. Hence, the assume.

I am sure all factors are taken into account.

I keep most of carbs during the day until post workout meal, after that I have very little carbs in the next 2 meals (not more than 20g) and have about 30g of protein, and some fat. not more than 10-15g.

I always have a protein shake at night to make sure body has something to chew on for a while before wanting to use muscle for energy.

I used to count caloris before. I don't anymore cuz I am eating a similar meal plan as one year ago (boring, yes), but readily available and i know its contents. I know I eat an average of 1,800-2,300 a day. Not less, not more.

I could only dream to achieve 2300 calories, with unprocessed foods, low GI etc.I might be at 2000 tops.Your metabolism shifts when your asleep ? There is to much to know, seriously its like an overload... head hurts, from trying to cram all this knowledge in.Les I don't know how you handle it.

I talked with someone about the fat burn situation & the more correct terminology would of been calorie burn, which would most likely be as you mentioned possibly more fat than other sources. question is now, with someone like myself with low fat % , what is body using ? You mentioned body composition, which when you think about it makes perfect sense.

Let me rephrase that, because body is still going down in fat %, what happens when it runs out ?

So I took a look at the foods classified as low/medium/high GI and 90% of food comes from low-medium. I hardly spotted I ate something from the high GI end. As of now, the only two things I am consuming that doesn't exactly have a mother or is processes (I think) are chocolates (sudden obsession with those) & Smack cereal (bad for me, I know). But I have such a sweet tooth & I have been holding myself as much as I can from eating tons of ice cream &

But on the positive side, I have been told that I've lost weight in the past 2 weeks since I started new program ^^.

Fat might be a possible trigger or cause for Raynauds Phenomenon, but the reason why it's called a Phenomenon, is that it doesn't have any cast iron factors, like Smoking, Alcohol, blocked arteries, blood pressure related, Drugs, excess Protein, heavy metals, Fat, Sugar and Salt, medicine side effects, Micronutrient deficiencies or toxicities, Caffeine, Uric Acid, food intolerances, poisons or venoms, septic injuries, trauma of some kind, neurological issues, muscle paralysis or wasting, inhalation of industrient content like Asbestos or coal dust, or relation to disease, or any other causes / triggers for physical problems I missed out.

You can get one called Primary Raynauds which causes the same symptoms, but is apparently more severe and is triggered by known factors. The symptoms of both being white, blood deficient hands, then blue hands as the hands flush with -oxygenated blood, then red as they flush with oxygenated blood and in some cases tiny bits of gangrenous flesh on the finger tips, requiring removal / amputation of the affected flesh.

One such trigger of Primary is something called Buergers Disease, (Leo Buerger), caused by heavy smoking, which causes things like tingling, numbness and circulatary issues in the Shoulders, Arms and upper back.

People could reduce such symptoms of P R or R P, by keeping Fat intake healthy and not smoking, so as not to block the Arteries with fatty deposits or Atheromas or potentially Arterial Plaque, which has no cast Iron cause(s). Also Caffeine intake could be avoided to prevent Vasoconstriction, as Raynauds is partially related to Blood pathway problems.

The cold is known to sometimes trigger an R P attack, but has never been identified as a sole cause, or not last time I knew, though avoidance of an attack potentially via the cold, means gloves when outside, rubber gloves for washing up and something like wollen or cotton gloves when near a freezer or handling frozen content.
