Who is more likely to gain muscle?
Overweight people trying to lost fat and gain muscle
OR
Skinny people, who eat eat eat and never get fat or a ?
I don't know. It seems to me that the 2nd is more likely the answer. I don't know.
I'm in between those people. I'm not overweight, but I can't see to gain muscle cause I gain fat easily. I just eat food (healthy or not), I seem to gain fat in again. Eh? I don't understand why is that so?
Another Q.
Who is more likely to gain muscle fatser?
Men or Female?
I say Men...
Why though? Hormones, maybe?
Who is more likely to?
Moderators: Boss Man, cassiegose
Men more often gain faster. Women have less Tstosterone and no doubt less Growth Hormones.
I suppose genetically a slow gainer, might occasionally gain slower than a female fast gainer, but the man could still get higher natural muscle levels.
Also Fat people trying to change their body composition, and slim people trying to do the same, will depend on diet and training, but probably it would be the first person, as they could gain more leaner muscle.
A fatter person trying to slim up and bulk, would find it hard to do both, and probably not bulk as well, because the Fat loss equation comes into it. You have that lose / gain juxtaposition, less present with a slimmer person.
