i wonder if it happen to people sometime i try to add custom food and it wont register it... not too sure what i do wrong !!!

And could someone explain what this mean?
When i look into profile it said
1,807 maintenance calorie
your goal 1,307
Carb 163 gr
Protein 98
Fat 29

do i need to pay attention to this!!!

Hello Frenchmaid1969,

Well to be honest with you, I don't know how the foodtracker in this site is calculated. I'm not saying you can't rely on it, but I always found that it would be best to calculate how much calories you need to maintain or lose weight on your own. At the sake of keeping this reply short, check out the food calorie counter at the link below. It will take some calculating, but it's not difficult. The carb-protein-fat ratio seem right, but this will adjust depending on your activity level. Let me know if this helps or complicate things more for you.

Hi! Thank Warren i will read about it and see if i understand this properly..... sometime because i am french it take me a while to read and comprehend what i read!

Hi Frenchmaid, the computation is your BMR is 1800 calories, so that is what you need to live. To lose weight, it subtracts 500 calories for each day giving you 1300. The 500 calories times 7 days equals 3500 calories for the week which is how many calories in a pound of fat. This calculation has you losing 1 lb of fat a week. Hope this helped.
