None, if you're referring to isolating them.
If you're referring to all-in one style exercises, that hit the Biceps, Brachialis and Forearms, then things like E-Z Bar Curls, Reverse E-Z Bar Curls, Hammers, Zottmans, etc, are the way to go, so you don't fanny about with risky exercises like Wrist Curls and associated variations, that put a lot of stress on a small joint.

Re: Forearms
Deadlifts are great for your forearms because it builds grip strength, just don't use straps until you get into your really heavy lifts. This would also help in MMA.
Re: Forearms
list of the benefits of working your forearms:
1. Looks badass.
2. Makes you stronger.
3. .... that is all : )

Re: Forearms
Forearm strength come in handy for grappling moves for the mixed martial artist. I think the best way to develop hand and forearm strength is through thick bar training. There are fat grips (adapters for a thick bar) in the market, but a bit overpriced for me. I use improvised thick bar grips that you can easily make with pvc. Hope this helps.
Re: Forearms
I must of acquired forearm muscle development from the dead lifts..though I would think they are also used to some extent in pull ups ?
Re: Forearms
Forearms get worked with a lot of other major lifts, I honstly get sore in forearms from chins and deadlifts.
Re: Forearms
Mid Line Hammer Curls hit mine quite nicely, along with some of the deadlifts and pull ups as others have mentioned.
I've got a Powerball that I use at home as well. Widely available and really good for working out quite a lot of arm muscles depending on how you hold it while it's spinning.

Re: Forearms
I Agree with BossMan do not isolate them because you will use them enough in your major lifts anyway, and the main benefits for mma are grappling strength and some lethal ground and pound!!!
