Hi. I have a question.
I am currently 164.4. I use to be 190 pounds but am now down to 164.4. question is if I can get down to 130-140 pounds in 6-7 months through healthy dieting and exercise. Please no rude comments.

Re: Hi. I have a question.
Congrats on your weight loss so far.
I think losing another approx. 25lbs. in 6 months is completely doable. It's a matter of consistent healthy eating, and exercise. Keep going!

Re: Hi. I have a question.
What you wish to do is perfectly possible, you just need to keep believing in yourself and keep believing that you ARE worth it and you CAN do it.
Good luck and keep pushing okay

thank you! that makes me want to try even harder.
Re: Hi. I have a question.
That's good to know

There's plenty of people at your age that don't care about their wellbeing that much and start runing it causing themselves potential problems in later life.
You have tried to make a difference to yourself already and you have done and you deserve to be very proud of yourself, because you should be.
I'm sure that if you want to make your end goals happen you will. You seem pretty intelligent and well intentioned and we will be more than happy to support you and look out for you and give you some guidance and backup when you feel you need it.
So GOOD LUCK and don't stop believing in the power of YOU. You have the potential to be unique, special and pretty darn amazing. It's just a case of how much you want to be

Thank you SO much! <3 it's hard not to get discouraged, since weight goes up and down. But I know that if I lost 25 pounds I can lose 25 more!Boss Man wrote:That's good to know.

You wouldn't be human if you didn't sometimes question why you were doing it, or felt as if it was not worth it.
The person who allows those thoughts to affect them, fails or only achieves partial success. The person who gets over them, has the potential to keep progressing.
Your attitude shows you know what you think you are capable of and won't be put off or sidelined from reaching the end goal, which is a great attitude to have
