HELP!
I just got asked to be in a wedding and its in 6 weeks! I am a parent and son is in daycare 3 days a week so I have roughly 3 days to get to the gym on lunch hour (actual time in the gym equates to about 40 minutes). I work 8-5 in a desk job.
Other then that, workout-wise I have workout videos (i.e. P90x and a few other by BeachBody) at home, so I can do those on days I can't get to the gym.
Currently, I eat pretty healthy (small portions every 2-3 hours) but am looking for help/suggestions for what to do at the gym to maximize the time I have there.
What should I be doing workout & nutrition-wise 7 days a week to maximize weight loss and fat loss?
Also, I would like to focus on burning the fat in arms instead of bulking up instead and I feel like that's whats been happening when I lift weights lately.
This is current workout plan:
Mon- P90X Kenpo or Cardio
Tues- GYM- 20 minutes treadmill - intervals, then free weights to tone arms and lifting & 15-20 minutes abs dvd later at night
Weds- GYM- 5-7 minutes jumping rope, 20 minutes treadmill- intervals, usually 50 push ups and sit-ups
Thurs- GYM- 20 minutes treadmill - intervals, then free weights to tone arms and lifting & tummy tuck abs dvd later at night
Fri- P90X Cardio or Legs and Ab Ripper
Sat - P90X Kenpo, Cardio or Legs usually
Sunday - Day off usually but I always do a 15-20 minutes abs dvd (ab ripper or tummy tuck)
I appreciate any guidance or suggestions that you can give!!

Your workouts look really varied and interesting! I've heard good things about P90X, especially.
Would you mind posting what you eat in a day so that people can offer suggestions, maybe see if anything can be tweaked?

Here's what I ate yesterday, and this is consistent with what I have most days
Meal 1- 1c oatmeal with 4 whole strawberries
Meal 2- 1/2 Banana with 1 tsp of peanut butter
Meal 3- Small Apple & 6 almonds (I do HIIT at the gym, so I try to eat something that will let me sustain energy during the workout)
Meal 4- 1 can tuna & 1/2 avocado
Meal 5- 1/2 c low fat yogurt
Meal 6 - 1/2 cup beans, 1 cup red peppers & onions (stir fry), 1/4 cup chicken
*Normally, when I am done with a workout at the gym, I stick whey protein in there as well, but I forgot to bring it yesterday.*
