post workout shake, loosing BF?

do i realy need to drink a post workout shake(whey isolate), even if i am juat focusing on dropping , not muscle gains?

You could, but it's not vital, as long as you were fueling properly after workouts, like say a Ham Sandwhich for example.

i'd suggest you also add a couple of fruits , best would be banana's because they give you instant energy after you have finished your workout and it also helps in digestion btw :)

I personally have 2/3 c oatmeal, shake & apple pre workout, breakfast.

after a workout I have 1/3 c oatmeal with a chocolate/banana shake ( small banana )

I also have been on the holy grail low body fat trail, for 1.5 years.I do also eat grain carbohydrates to some degree at every meal.I don't believe in skipping them, except the night meal.Good luck to you :)
