weight: 115
I have increased protein intake to around 100 - 110 g each day. Portions of protein are split between about 5 meals a day (every 3 - 4 hours). However, I really don't exercise. I have a tendency to gain fat in the abdominal region and would like to lose the 10 lbs I gained throughout the winter without losing muscle. I do bicep curls every other day, but really dislike cardio and find it to greatly increase appetite. Am I eating too much protein to not be doing cardio, or is this good to have protein intake this high. I use whey protein as a suppliment to help me achieve daily protein goals.
