When I was running every other day on the treadmill.. I still had a hard time with the stairs at work.
That's when I decided to walk up and down the stairs instead of using elevator everyday at work.
I even walk up and down the stairs for 15mins break... It helped me tremendously

Go by yourself. If a lot of people go, you have to follow their pace.
It took me awhile... I also added the Stair Master mechine as part of workout too.
I didn't rush myself... it took some time to get used to it but now i just run up and down like it's nothing :D

Even today... I dont' have as much time to go to the gym and I can't do walk outside because it's raining.
So, i take 15mins walking up and down from the 1st floor to the 8th. Take it slow.

Wow ok... i will try that i think at first...i will start the first floor go up the stair and walk on the second floor to the other stair and go up there to the 3 floor and walk the floor and do this all the way to the 5 floor until i get use to it then after i will be able to maybe go straight to the 5 floor....

I use to be able to to this before but i use to bike 3 years ago but i gave up the biking ...so not i am realy out of shape!!!

Don’t punish/blame yourself too much. You will just end up being down with full of regrets. Today is a new day, so pick up your slack and start slow just like you’re planning to! If you start off slow with your pace without rushing or injuring yourself you will enjoy it. You can even challenge yourself later by doing more each time or even time your speed.

So don’t look back with regrets “I could have done this or that” … Just try your best and look ahead and make a small goal. Today I’ll do this and tomorrow I’ll do that. Write it down and leave it at work... Later you can go back and see the progress you made!

To get good at something you have to do that task. When i trained recruits at the police academy, everyone wanted to bike or do something else instead of running, even though they had to pass a run at the end of the academy to pass. It drove me crazy! I don't enjoy running, but I do it! OK, enough of rant!
