Hey Boss Man,

Thanks for the suggestions. The funny thing is after I read your post I began to re-think a few things on the diet. I went through the plan and immediately changed the egg macronutrient profile. I also added a few extra slower digesting carbohydrates at a few key times. Although, myself and numerous others have shared great success while carb depleted, I do understand that some people may not be able to adhere to such a strict plan. Therefore, I added some extra carbohydrates at a few key points in the diet. The changes were minimal to the day's overall calorie consumption (I think it added 40 grams of carbs roughly), but I believe it might make it more manageable to the general public.
I also went through and clarified some points that you mentioned were confusing.

Anyways, thanks for the constructive criticism. I have also added a muscle building diet and a few sections on general nutritional knowledge, meal frequency, meal timing, etc. Overall, the site is still very plain and lacks numerous articles I plan on writing, but I am getting there. Thanks again.

No worries. You're a good man, who deserves respect for what you've done and at least you're not someone who's just created a site so you can hawk supplements, or diet books, because those sort of people are the worst spammers of the lot, who think if you discuss that sort of stuff it's not spamming when they link to "for profit" sites about it.

At least the sort who try to post stuff about cheap watches, and home loans are spamming in the purest sense, if that's even possible :P.
