what time is the best time to excercise?
morning, afternoon, evening?
someone told me its best to workout around 3-5pm between lunch and dinner. This would be using the proteins from lunch time (before workout) and dinner time (after workout). I want to know if that is true?
i realized the gym is full of people at around 10am, and is empty at around 4pm.

it doesn't matter that much...the best time is when you feel motivated i suppose so that you do it hard...the morning is actually the best time as testosterone levels are at their highest then but then again the nervous system takes a few hours to fully wake up after we have so spinal loading isn't encouraged as you are at a greater risk of injury...y6ou can easily shift meals around the times you can train if you want to do what your friend suggested...make sense??
