k so name is Mia and I just turned 18 a few days ago..for most of life I have been very slim and petite as opposed to the rest of family who are all older than me and quite a bit heavier. I've never really ever thought about this until recently when I hit growth spurt, in the last 2 years i've gone from 102 to 125 pounds. Now that i'll be going to UC Berkely and living on own soon, I just wanted some advice on how I should work out to maintain a healthy weight. I have two older sisters, they were weight at one time, but they slowly got bigger and bigger, now 25 year old sister weighs 182 pounds... other sister is 167 pounds and 22 years old. This issue seems to run in the family, so I'm trying to nip it in the butt before it gets out of hand. Can it be done? Like I said any advice helps thanks!

Says 5 ft 5 on the profile, so really 125 shouldn't be that much of an issue, however a healthy lifestyle is always encouraged
