Sleeping on your stomach
Is sleeping on your stomach bad for your health
Not that much, but you might find certain things like your Vetebrae in the Spine and associated muscles and Connective Tissues don't relax properly.
Whether that would cause any noticable side effects short or long term, I couldn't accurately say. I'd have to ty it for about a week to know better, but I'm just not going to bother
.
The only other thing I can think, of bearing in mind you're not going to have your head stright into the pillow, or you'd squash your Nose, you'd have to have your head tilited to one side, which might possibly strain some Tissues, or the Sternocledomastoid muscle in the Neck.
