Just a note to say, that anyone who sees anybody asking about workout routines or diet advice, who is posting links that have hop. in them, or hop or in the link, don't click them.

Incase you weren't aware, the links are pay per click and someone from Australia, posted the same thing 3 times, clearly intent on making some shady pay per click revenues.

Often such posted links are just for the users selfish ends, not for legitimate purposes.

We are not here to fund other peoples second incomes, or help people acquire pin money. Shapefit exists for the good of many not for selfish chancers out for themselves.

This is a type of spamming and we will work to ban such people from posting again, because it's in the majorities best interests for us to do so.
