Okay so im trying to lose weight and shed twenty pounds. Im 136 and 5'3. I am trying to get down into the 120's. So in the beginning after hitting the gym for two weeks i lost 3 pounds but some family issues had come up which did a number of stress on life for 3 days and i ended up gaining the three pounds that i lost or i dont think i actually even lost. I dont know. Well the issue is since i have been going to the gym i have been more hungrier then before. Is it because i am not eating enough food??? I am at a loss. Here's an example of what i eat for a day.
DAY ONE: BREAKFAST: COFFEE W/TABLESPOON SUGAR NO MILK
SNACK: A YOGURT AND CEREAL W/SKIM MILK
LUNCH: CAMPBELLS TOMATO SOUP W/YOGURT AND A GREEN TEA
SNACK: TOMATO SOUP W/ HALF A BAG OF LAYS AND A MOUNTAIN DEW
DINNER: CHORIZO WITH EGGS AND 2 TORTILLAS WITH CHOCOLATE MILK (SKIM MILK)
then on other days i feel more satisfied when i eat the total opposite which is not good but it is what i crave and feel like i work better more satisfied with what i ate then feel hungry before the next two hours before i eat lunch or have snack again. because everything that i have posted starting on breakfast all the way to second snack are two hours apart from each other. Those are the times when i take break from work which are the snacks and lunch break and even eating all that i still felt hungry before the two hours were up. Should i be eating more???? then heres a day when i didnt eat that much and was more satisfied but wasnt the healthiest choice of food to eat but still felt like i functioned better because by the time i hit second snack is when i usually start crashing but here is an example of a day when i ate unhealthy but less.
DAY 2: BREAKFAST: COFFEE W/TABLESPOON SUGAR NO MILK
SNACK: 1/2 MCDONALDS EGG MCMUFFIN 1/2 HASH BROWN AND A MEDIUM CARAMEL FRAPPE WHICH I DONT USUALLY FINISH UNTIL AFTER LUNCH
LUNCH: TOMATO SOUP
SNACK: BABY BEL CHEESE
DINNER: 2 EGGS N 1 EGG WHITE WITH TOMATOS AND A CHOCOLATE MILK (SKIM MILK)
FELT LESS HUNGRIER THEN AND I DO GO TOO THE GYM ABOUT 3-4 IN WEEK AND TIME SPENT THERE VARIES BUT I SPEND ABOUT 25-30 MINUTES ON TREADMILL ON A FAST PACE WALK WOULD REALLY LIKE TO START RUNNING ON TREADMILL BUT WORKING UP TOO THAT. THEN TEN MINUTES ON THE ROWING MACHINES THEN 25 MINUTES ON WEIGHT MACHINES. SO SHOULD I BE EATING MORE BECAUSE I AM NEW TO ALL THESE AND I REALLY AM AT A LOSS TOO HOW TO GET THIS GOING TO A PACE WERE I AM SHEDING THE WEIGHT.

I'd suggest eating a healthy breakfast, not only coffee. Soup doesn't fill you up very well unless you add meat, vegs, etc to it.

Soup can actually be very filling a lot of the time, becasue it's a liquid and is known to expand the Stomach lining slightly, encouraging feelings of satiety
