Help! No access to gym anymore!

Post by tpalmer31 »

I am a 26 yr old female; fairly new to weight training(4 months) and I am pleased with the results and the drive to progress. I'm moving soon and will no longer have access to a fitness center, can't afford a membership. I really don't want to lose all of the muscle/strength that I've worked so hard to achieve. Can anyone :( suggest any tools/exercises that I can still use at home particularly for lower body(perhaps to substitute for the leg(is it possible to build muscle in lower body without using weight machines?) press, leg curl, etc....don't want to lose motivation or shape. Its really important that I continue to build muscle and gain definition!!

ah pistols, probably the hardest of exercises you can do if doing it properly...there's probably more leg than upper body exercises you an do without equipment...squats and lunges there's plenty of options...will you buy some equipment?? well worth it if you can't go to a gym and you'l need some sooner or later

Interesting article, although if I do wonder why Cosgrove needs to take money, off overpaid movie sluts?

If I was him I'd have told her to get bent, and come back to me when she had a proper job, because I hadn't bust nuts for 2-3 years getting a diploma, just to make a living buffing up Ho's.

I might have even done those split Squats once, but I think it was so long ago I've forgotten, and possibly only the once.
