HAPPY CHRISTMAS

Post by Boss Man »

I just wanted to wish people a very happy christmas and to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has posted and contribute to the site, without which thie amazing resource would not be the same.

You all deserve to be proud of yourselves for one reason or another, so hopefully in the new year you, me and Shapefit, can continue to make a difference to peoples lives and continue to educate people that need the help and support to make more of themselves.

Good luck to one and all and keep believing.

With massive respect

Merry Christmas to ALL.....

How did you all do with your Diet this Merry Christmas ????
For some reason... I was REALLY good... maybe because I was the one doing the cooking so I got tired of the smell and didn't eat much :P

We did a new thing this year: portioning out each individual plate, so there was no a la carte style option for seconds or thirds. Everyone had their own individual salad, and then their own individual meal plated for them. Maybe I'm a bad hostess, but I think it worked, no one overate or felt sick afterward, and there were no leftovers to send home with anyone or any food to throw away.

Because you didn't feel like it, or because your remaining Teeth temporarily stopped working properly :P

Boss :: Because it hurt so bad I couldn't eat anything other than applesauce, icecream, and mashed potatoes for like... ever

Allison :: I had all four out, but I seem to be a very quick healer, so I can eat solid foods since Monday, it was a week.
