Don't You Dread The Seasonal Changes?

Post by LeanaJo »

I notice that when it gets cold (the fall/winter seasons), I tend to workout less (like only 3 times a week). Why is this? And why in the summer/spring seasons I can workout all day (or so it feels like it) and go everyday of the week? Weird!

So, I dread when it's fall and winter. I can't wait til spring now.

Haha Yes! I hate the winter. It makes me go into hibernation mode. I like going to the gym though because it gives me an opportunity to sweat a little bit instead of constantly freezing. But I know what you mean it is hard to find the motivation to go outside in the cold.
Cheers :D

LOL! If money wasn't so tight with us right now, I would have joined a gym. I do miss the gym. Haven't been a member of one since 2002.

Well if u live a state that gets snow, u have an incresed chance of getting seasonal affective disorder. It occurs because the sunlight is diminished in the winter as well as the shortened period of time we actually have daylight. It might be a good idea to get your vitamin D level checked and take a supplement if it is low.
