I have recently completed an intensive muscle building routine and have subsequently gained a fair amount of muscle. I now want to be a little more 'ripped' What type of exercise programme should I pursue as I don't want to bulk up any more?

Change diet. I'd reccomend taking 10g Carbs out of each meal and adding the same amount of healthy fat back in, which is about 4-5g, so you use more Fat to compensate for the lost Carbs and stay roughly around maintenance.
Don't do this again, as low carb could cause issues for Bloodsugar and brain fueling.
