Newbie and need advice
I am currently overweight and want to get back onto an exercise routine. I want to know if it is better to use weights before cardio or after doing cardio. Or can it be done while doing cardio? I also want to know if anyone can tell how many days a week should I use weights? And when I do strength training should I not do cardio the same day? I was also told once that since I am trying to lose weight that I should focus on cardio first and after losing the weight then do strength training. Is that good advice? I know that I have a lot of questions, but if anyone can help I would definitely appreciate it.
