Still a whale after all this time
I've really fallen off the wagon. School got too overwhelming for me this semester and I gained back all 30 pounds that I struggled so hard to loose. I'm really upset and feel totally defeated. I was sort of hoping for some words of inspiration... I would really appreciate it. -Rachel

These things happen, but it doesn't mean you have to be a victim.
You're not the first person to lose weight and put some or all of it back on and you won't be the last, the the first thing to be proud of is actually talking about it, because it means it cannot have as much of a hold on you.
You now have to realise that whatever methods worked before, can work again. You just need to want it badly enough, but without belief you will get nowehre fast.
You ARE worth it, becasue you realised that the first time, you just need to remember that again, because that is the most important thing here okay

We all fall off the wagon here and there. We must get back on. You can do this. Don't make any excuses for yourself (School). I always found seeing other people's transformations inspiring so check this out...http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/newyearsguide.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; If these people can do it so can you! Force yourself no matter what. Stick to your diet and exercise routine and you'll be back in no time. If you need any advice or want to talk feel free to email me or stop by page.
Good Luck!

Everyone has to start somewhere. Quitting working out won't help to get the muscle back. The only thing that matters is that you are getting a workout. It doesn't matter how much weight you lift or for how long. Start with extremely light weight and work yourself up. It won't take as long as you think. Make sure you are getting lots of protein in your diet also so your body can build the muscles. This article i wrote on hypertrophy will help http://dietandexercisefacts.blogspot.co ... rophy.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Frenchmaid1969 wrote:Hello, I check your blog... you had something about women and lifting weight... and been scread of getting bulky... me that not problem its that i have no muscle at all in arm or upper shoulder, leg a bit more becaus i use to bike 3 years ago.. but now those muscle a gone not totally but most of it turn to fat...i just gave up quick because i get depress at the amount of weight i can lift and how long its ridiculous...i can not do push up .... i do one and i am done...lol.... and arm lift with free weight.. god a few pump and i feel heart in chest pumping and arm hurts...
