So y'all know that I have been training for one year, in addition to university, part time work, no trainer or spotter for the most part. I am starting to doubt what I lift and I feel like the biggest loser on earth, esp reading a 15 year old female deadlifted 175.5kgs!
So I want someone to be honest & tell me...are the below weights for the following exercises too little? Again, I'm 52-53kgs, 5'2, 21 years old & I'm an ecto (for the most part -see photo-->)-mesmo
Bench Press Flat: 37.5kgs x 4 reps
Deadlift: 60kgs x 1 rep
I cheat a bit when chinups, but using the smith machine and feet are touching the floor, so arms are not fuly extended = 8 reps max.
With pull up, I use the assisted machine and I can put it at 15kgs with 6-8 reps.
Incline dumbell bench press 14kgs x 2
Squats...Those damning squats. As I am using the msith machine, I do feel a bit safer with them, however training with bodybuilder female friend, we decided to drop ego out of thw window (half squats with 55kgs (8reps) down to 30kgs full squats. 30kgs squats is just TOO LITTLE! I want to squat 100kgs - when should I be able to do this? But the end of next year?
I don't know - these are the major lifts that I think worth mentioning...please please please be honest with me. I need more than one opinion - no sugarquoting please.
*Added two photos in profile - please check 'em out and let me kow what you think. Quality is shit. I haven't taken proper photos since camera broke..and phone camera sucks. Either ways, any comments, feedback will help!
Be honest with me - Are the weights I'm lifting too little?

I knwo for a fact though, without any question in that regard, despite the weights I lift, LEG ARE NO LONGER stick shown in one year old photos. I actually have quads when i flex, hammies show more now. I have one SUPER hot sexeh pic of legs, which sadly I cannot share ='((. But I know body has changed a lot. Not the tuymmy part, but I know why, and I am not complaing about that. I'm not. I'm still very motivated! And yes arms don't look cut...etc. but muscles show in the gym-mirror (that bad thing makes me look effing good =P), haha. i saw shoulder lines, biceps and triceps...etc...but are the weights I am lifting good enough?
