Snow in Europe

Post by fit-fanatic-2025 »

It looks like Boss may be doing some shoveling and x-country skiing of his own this weekend?? I think it was around 4 to 8 inches?? The storm has shut down a lot of europe it sounds like.

Boss strikes me as the type though to like being outdoors getting some fresh air and a little workout!!

In heavy snow. Not really no. When I was a kid snow was fun, now it's just a bit of a nuciance I don't really need. Mainly after a few days when it goes a bit icy. I've missed a few buses in time when that happened, because I couldn't run fast enough :-p.

When am I gonna get some snow? Haha. Seems like everywhere BUT the area of New York I live in is getting snow. x)

I want some just because it's so freaking pretty. Haha. Plus, I like snowball fights and building snowmen and making snowangels and shovelling and drawing faces in frost.
(I am SUUUUCH a child at heart. 8) )

True, but then I don't have time to go out and play in the snow. :( While I'm here at home, I have nothing to do and I want to play in snow, but there is none for me to play in. :/

I don't like ice very much either, but I don't have to worry about the car issue because I have no car, nor a license to drive one, only a learner's permit. (Long story as to why I don't have license yet). And I don't mind shoveling, mainly because once the piles of snow get tall enough, I play in them. :]

By the way, I most likely won't be responding to this (or any other thread) for a day or two.

Nokie and Jena you are welcome any time at house to come and help me shovel! That is if i can't get a sympathy removal with snowblower from neighbor.

I do like snow just not a snowfall every week!

It snows a lot in part of the world too, and I'm shocked by how countries like England and Germany shut down with the smallest sprinkling of snow. I'm supposed to be in Newcastle today by I'm not because flight from Montreal to London Heathrow was cancelled. Any bets on whether flight scheduled for tomorrow evening will go through? Any Brits feel like helping me out and scraping the runway down a little bit on your way home from work? Come on! lol

I have to admit I'm not really into snowball fights. Even as a kid i wasn't. We would build snow forts and sled but not to much snow balling going on. But I would definitely do that for a hand in shoveling! :)

Haha. I never got a huge amount of snow except for a blizzard when I was really little, we got five feet that time. :P
