Not eating - no appetite

Post by skully »

Yes, even when I had ice cream it was hard finishing it!

For a while now, say around one month I haven't been eating ENOUGH. Nethier healthy food or unhealthy. So so I lost some muscle mass but to a dgeree I still have strength. I swear I do cardio onces a week, and sometimes, i'll do a 20-30 mins boxing which is HARDLY cardio-like.

Im not putting on mass at all. Should I go on a eat a burger everyday every other week for one month & see if I make gains? Lol. Seriously...I can't eat lean chicken anymore, I already eat it at least twice a day + 1 or 2 protein shakes. I should have Syntha-6 for the most part, not Optimum 100%. When I had syntha-6, not only I loved the tatse, I gained muscle. Since apparently im an ecto, I need to eat a lot more to make gains. I think I may need 2500calories, I barely get 1,800 now. Way low considering training.

What should I do? I mean for one year, I have kept up figure, sure no hard rocking abs (yet, that's for later), but I wanna start seeing a difference muscle-wise. What should I eat to pack on calories fast? I am having peanut butter again. Maybe I should have 4 tables spoons a day? I am having Skimpy ( i think?) natural one. Not the other stuff that are loaded with ingredients. So I know it's not the bad kind* or at leats *that bad*.

Whenever I eat a salad, I eat 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil - should I add more? like 1 1/2 table spoon?

You mean what I was eating before?

I was deiniftely ating enough calories to put on some mass. I used to have 3-4 protein shakes a day. Have constant snacks. Now I find it hard to eat in the morning. I really can barely finish one scrambled egg. Let alone two. I replaced morning protien shake with coffee...agh bad habit and it's hard to get rid of this time around. I reduced coffee intake from 3-4 cups to 2 a day. I usually drink some b4 gym, since I always feel tired. I do have a shake sometimes. I don't eat much at lunch. Quarter of plate is rice and I can barely finish it. Literally, hardly swallow the chicken, since it's always dry. can't eat whole wheat pasta at night barely a few bites....i dunno,....i just cant seem to eat. so im now on a binging spree this week =P. Since i won't be eating until probably 8 and it's only 1 now..im having 5-6 slizes of pizza, no joke! crazy i know. didn't have it for over 8 months anyway!

i have classes on M/W that are just too long, and I lose appetite, dont have time to eat. day today:

Morning wake up at 7:20

Drink shake at 7:40 (cant stomach a sandwich, eggs or anything)

Reach uni by 8 :45, dont have an appetite still..so drink coffee

have classes deom 9:30-12:15 (usually HUNGRY to death by now)

Habe lunch at 12:30..( ether salad, trukey sandwich, or grileld chicken sandwich...)

then class again from 3:30-6...i used to bring a shake with me, but i just hate the taste...gonna buy syntha6 again for this. sometimes have penuts of almonds only.

be home by 7, have dinenr by 8 (healthy)

again have sth at 11 or so, either shake, peanut butter, cereal....

You see, that partually is it. For one year dinner has been

1) pasta w/chicken or turkey
2) grilled chicken with potatoes and veggies
3) salad with chicken.

LITERALLY.

Thing is, i don't cook & im not willing to learn how to cook to be honest with you. I usually tell the maid/cook to me those foods. mom doesn't cook. i tell her how much it should be etc. not to add salt..etc...but im very picky with food & ingredients and dunno how to look for something healthy and know its healthy also something that i know i can eat. I am VERY picky. I don't really eat fish. I don't like it, unless fish fillet, which is bad..dont like tuna, dont like sushi...too scared to even try! for someone reason im scared of trying new foods.

im a routine person and like familiarity - i dont do well with change. the less the ingredient, the happier i am, lol.
