Daily Calarie Allowance changed

Hi Everyone,

I am quite new here. I noticed when I started about a week ago, that maintainace calaries and weight loss calaries where in a very nice range. Today, I noticed that maintainance and weight loss calaries were suddenly cut in half. Does anyone know what happened? Did I do something? Is it a computer or site issue?

I was on around 1400 calaries per day, to loss weight. Now, the site has me down to around 450 calaries per day to loose weight. Which number is correct? I was averaging about 1 pound per week weight loss, before finding this site.

I like seeing food intake daily.

I'm in no way a professional or even that knowledgeable about fitness, but I know Boss and Les will chime in and help you and correct me if I'm wrong (I think).

They continue to say that you should keep your calorie count around 1800 a day.

Something is wrong with the calorie allowance on section. This is what it is telling me:

DAILY CALORIES: Maintenance Calories: 978
Your Goal Calories: 478
Your Goal Weight: 150 lbs

Contact the Admin and let him know about this, so he can inform tech to see if it's an isolated case, or more widespread .
