It's a pity Michelle doesn't post here any more, she was always a very, very valued member and it was great to see what she had done and is doing with her life.

She was a great athlete in her time on the stage.

I hope things work out for you. You are a great person Holly. GOOD LUCK and don't stop believing in yourself. It doesn't matter what someone tells you, you have to implement it and have to stick true to the process, becasue words fail without actions.

You'll get there :).

Thanks guys!!! I am happy to say I have lost 12 lbs. I have lost 6 inches on waist too and I'm doing fantastic. Michele/Boopster is with me daily encouraging me, telling what to eat and how to work out. I am really feeling I can do this finally. 12 gone, 38 more to go!

I do as Michele/Boopster tells me to do. But it's Jackie Warner's program. We eat clean Monday-Friday- and then Saturday and Sunday we are allowed one cheat meal per day. We work out 5 or if we want 6 days a week. We must eat under 5-6 grams of sugar each meal. Lots of eggs, chicken, turkey, fish, veggies, etc. It's not too bad actually, I'm getting used to it. The working out is way harder for me than the food actually. But after 8 weeks I'm finally feeling more comfortable in the gym.

Thanks. I have gone back to working full time so that is taking most of time these days. And of course being a Mommy to girls....they take a lot of time too. :)
