I read this site how to measure body fat % and it said to take 4 measurements using the caliper from the tricep, bicep, shoulder blade and waist, it was:
Tricep - 2mm
Bicep - 5mm
Waist - 10mm
Shoulder Blade - 7mm
The above give me 10.2%, it just seems very low (not that's a bad thing) but was this right taking from 4 points?

I did the waist myself, and mum did the rest (I visited her and took the caliper lol), she practiced on the waist a few times to hear the click.Lesplease wrote:Yes that is how you do it, but caliper calculation is kinda difficult to get an accurate measure (especially on yourself) and generally requires an individual trained in the technique for accurate results.
