Hi...
I put all information in for today and when I put that I walked a hr and 15 mins it said I burned over 2700 calories. Wishing this was true but I know it isn't haha. I wonder what I did wrong to create a deficit? Let me know if it's me or the equation lol
thanks

Creating a deficeit via exercise is fine.
If you burn more than you consume that's a good thing, as long as the exercise is not excessive and the calories aren't restrictive.
You need around 1,800 calories a day as a sedentary female, but you could allow at least another 200-300 above that, as this should allow you to get a goodly amount of the Micronutrients and Macronutients your body needs.
So if you ate 2,100 a day roughly over 6 meals, then hypothetically burned 300-500 a day, that's fine, as long as you don't eat 1,200 a day, then hypothetically burn around that many or more, as you'd be more likely to burn myscle and weaken your metabolism, as a lb of added muscle burns an extra 45-50 calories, so losing some isn't ideal, but you'd also create a "starvation mode", where the body wants to retain fat, not burn it.

Re: exercise calories burned
Ok thanks. daily calories are a bit high due to the 35% protein and 55% carbs plan I am on but I can bring that # down with exercise so it's all good

Re: exercise calories burned
Add 5% to protein, and take 5% off Carbs. That should balance things out a bit better. Same calories, different ratios. Fat will still be 20% of daily total, so no significant change there.

Good call. Add 5% to protein and take 15% off Carbs.
I can't believe I hashed up the maths there, I'm normally on song. Blah
