i am currently 5 weeks into the westside for skinny b@stards programme, i was thinking about changing for the Hss-100 programme around week 8. Does anyone kno of this programme or has tried it? is it any good?

i do know it by CT but i wouldn't have you do it unless you've gained at least 20pds of LEAN MUSCLE MASS since you started training...if you have go for it...if you haven't than your better off sticking to full body type stuff untill you do
