Okay. Thanks. ^_^ I'll try to eat more boiled carrots, but if I want carrots, I'll most likely eat them raw cause they're favorite that way. ^_^

As far as I know, Beta-carotene is also in Broccoli, Pistachios and I think Brussels Sprouts.

Exercising makes you feel better (endorphins etc), so there's no reason not to do it. You can get back into it tomorrow, easy! Just make it a habit to not skip a single workout, then it will become just that, a habit.

9:30 Wake Up

9:42
-- 1/2 c All Whites Liquid Egg Whites
-- 1/2 c Green Beans
-- 1 tbsp catsup

12:09 Attempted to workout (FAIL)
-- 5 minutes of moderate step aerobics (Then gave up because I remembered I had a dentist's appointment at 2:00 so I had to get ready to go to that.)

12:40 (Ate this right before I left)
-- 3 oz Baby Carrots
-- 1 Low Fat Cheese Stick

3:30
-- 1 Low Fat Cheese Stick

4:18
-- 1 serving Beef Stroganhoff (http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/beef-s ... ff/NU00468" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Made with venison instead of beef though)
-- 1/2 c Carrots (sliced and boiled)

7:40
-- 3.5 oz Tilapia Fillet
-- 1/2 (?) c Green Beans

@ Fygle :: Yeah, but I don't have time to exercise lately, I've been waking up so late that I just get up and so I eat break fast and get busy beginning dinner preparations. Also, exercise usually makes me feel kinda annoyed and angry because I either can't do things or can't do them correctly or whatever.

@ Les :: I wish I knew what types of things to do in an at home workout. I try to do some of Zuzanna's stuff from BodyRock, but I can never do a whole one of her workouts correctly and then I get annoyed with having attempted in the first place. I don't feel a difference when I workout, I'm actually usually kind of annoyed because I feel like I've wasted time since it takes so freaking long to actually get dressed, warm up, do the workout, cool down, stretch, shower and all the junk associated with a workout. *sigh* Especially since now that I'm home, I don't have a nice gym to go to. :/ I just... I don't know. I also don't have very much space at all and I'm afraid that I'm gonna break something since house is so old that vibrations in the floor cause everything to shake if I try to do any sort of workout that requires quick movement.

P.S. In a miserable mood because wisdom teeth have been coming in and since I have small jaws it makes jaws hurt and I have to get them pulled and I'm just in a horrible mood. FML.

Don't tell me you don't have 30 spare minutes between breakfast and dinner  Or at any other time of the day. Can't do things? Find things you can do then. See how easy it is to make up excuses?

I feel your pain! It is harder to workout when its cold out. Because even if you are working out indoors, either it will be cold in the house, or its cold going to the gym and then getting ready to work out and then cold going back to the car. I feel your pain! But like they say in the army you just got to suck it up and drive on. Actually they add a curse word in there too but i chose to leave that out. :)

When do you go back to school? This weekend? I guess just try your best until you go back to school. :)

Fygle :: I honestly don't. When I wake up at 1:30 or so I eat breakfast, that takes me until about 2. I have to have dinner on the table after parents get home from work, but before brother goes to work. Which is 4pm. It literally does take me that long to figure out what I want to cook, get out what I need, prepare it, cook it, set the table and all that. I literally don't have 30 minutes between the time I wake up and the time dinner needs to be on the table. Then after cooking dinner I do the dishes. By the time I'm done doing all I need to, I'm so out of energy I couldn't work out even if I wanted to unless I wanted to be miserably sore the next couple days.

Rebekah :: I go back to school December 31st. I'm on a quarter system. I get a long break between first and second quarter and a very short break between second and third. So I'm stuck trying to figure out what to do with myself until January.

Then get up earlier. Sleeping til 1:30 on a weekday...? If you go to bed at 10-11pm you've got 8-9 hours sleep if you get up 7am. 7am --> 2pm = 7 hours where you can work out. Problem fixed.

I try. But I can't seem to get myself out of bed earlier in the day... The reason I'm sleeping so late on weekdays. I'm on break from university. So it's as if body refuses to run on less than like 14 hours of sleep. :/ :/ Plus, why would I want to get up at 7 when I have no life??

Really?

Worst case: Get up, work out, go back to sleep. Nothing is gonna happen if you don't change your current ways, so don't complain if you don't get the results you want.

Get a hobby or 2.

2:30 Wake Up

2:50 (Horrible breakfast, I know, I just really really didn't want to have to cook a breakfast)
-- 1 c Fiber One Cereal, Honey Clusters
-- 1/2 c Fat Free Milk
-- 1 Clementine Orange

4:10 Workout
-- 26 Minutes jog in place

5:50
-- Turkey Flatbread Sandwich :: Low Fat Mayonnaise, Cucumbers, Onions, Swiss Cheese

8:52
-- .5 serving Beef stroganoff (leftovers from last night)
-- 3 oz Carrots

@ Fygle :: It's not that wouldn't get up earlier if I could, I hate waking up so late. It's that I can't get myself to wake up earlier. I have hobbies, I just haven't been able to do them. I'm an artist and a writer, I just haven't had any inspiration. So why waste supplies is I'm not going to produce anything? As for the waking up to workout, I'm trying.... I've set an alarm every day and every day I turn it off in sleepy half-lucidness instead of actually waking up.

P.S. Sorry I've been acting like a brat lately. I've been having huge issues with bipolar and depression lately. I know it's no real excuse, but I sincerely apologize if I offend anyone.
