As far as I've seen, I think the milk here is hormone free, plus there's a grocery store a couple blocks away that has a huge organic section. But I actually just stick frozen fruit in shakes, with protein and water. I have one of these to blend it in. Single-serving which is kinda cool, and it's small enough for the dorm. Though keeping frozen fruit might be an issue. You can always use fresh though. Bananas are cheap (:

I'll use fresh fruit because I have no freezer, the freezer I have doesn't actually freeze things.
