I m asking you because you've helped me out in the past. You've given me some good advice but I need something a little more simple and something I can really stick to. See, I am a teenager and can be very impatient haha. speaking of that you once mentioned that this is the best time for me to train because I am still growing. I'm 16, 5"8" and 140 pounds. I have a little experience in weight training (free weights) and I am really looking to start. Now that it is summer holidays I have a lot more time to devote to training and I want to go back to school in two months shocking everyone with new body (plus I need more strength for soccer, hockey, rugby etc.) GOAL is too: pack on more muscle but get more of a toned, athletic look. (but first I need some muscle). Once again I need something very simple yet very effective (using free weights)!!! Thanks a lot for all of the help in the past but this time I really want to focus and buckle down .
go to rich-fit.com...register (i'm the moderator there now!!)...go to bodybuilding section and read the thread on the 17 yr old...have a look at that program and let me know aht you can and can't do equipment wise etc...post (link below) further questions on it there as i'm only here spasmodically now
