Had a great day for food today until dinner - I unexpectedly had to babysit for three of nephews so I couldn't make dinner like I would have liked.
Breakfast - Kashi Go-Lean cereal with skim milk, banana
Snack - 1 cup carrots and 1 cup cottage cheese with pepper
Lunch - 4 cups baby spinach with 4 oz grilled chicken breast, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomatoes, fat free shredded cheese, Sun-Dried Tomato dressing, 1 cup grapes
Snack - 2 light string cheese, 21 almonds
DInner - frozen dinner (Lean Cuisine potatoes and broccolli covered in cheese) - it was supposed to be grilled chicken, sauteed zucchinni, mushrooms and red peppers, with 1/2 cup brown rice - but that didn't happen
I also didn't get a workout in due to not being home - but I think having a nine year old, 3 year old, and one year old for four hours was a workout in itself

We had fun and I guess I got quite a bit of cardio in while I dragged the nine year old around attached to leg for 1/2 hour - he was being silly and it gave me a workout so I didn't fight it
I bought a yoga DVD today - I am looking forward to giving that a try, maybe tomorrow night!
I know I have said it before, but I have to say it again - this site really is amazing - I feel so much better now that I logged back in! It is almost a sense of relief that I feel knowing how much support I get from so many amazing people - thanks to everyone here
